As much as I've come to appreciate Now as a proper reintroduction, Queen of Me just feels so much more personable if that makes sense? Like there's a more freeing energy throughout this.

"Queen of Me" (the song) is such an anthem. Already becoming one of my favorite songs by her.

On first listen, Inhale/Exhale AIR and Queen of Me really stand out.

 

Looks like they're pushing Best Friend looking at playlists on Spotify and Apple Music.

This feels like more like a Now EP more than a new album.  The way so many songs are still clearly about Mutt/her divorce.

 

But honestly, I like it more than Now so far! It feels a little more cohesive. Hearing her swear on Pretty Liar after growing up with her squeaky clean music was wild

I listened to it and LOVE it  I still can't decide whether or not it's better than Now though.

Upon my first listen my favorite new tracks are: Number One, Pretty Liar and Got It Good.

 

With the already released songs my favorites are: Waking Up Dreaming, Giddy Up and Number One.

 

Idk why but Number One and Pretty Liar kind of sound like electropop songs.

"Inhale/Exhale AIR" is making me cackle, because it sounds like she's singing 'what you gonna do without hair'.  Enjoying the album so far though!
