Australia midweeks: Midnights #1 & top 10 singles takeover, Kylie's IP #5 album

Eight time ARIA Award nominee and two time winner, Taylor Swift is looking to dominate the ARIA Charts this week with her first record in two years, Midnights. The thirteen tracker is shaping up to be the biggest album to chart since 2017’s Reputation. With eight #1 Singles and nine #1 albums already under her belt, Taylor is also looking to land in the top 20 with previous bodies 1989, Folklore, Lover, and Red (Taylor's Version). On the Singles chart, she is expected to dominate the top 10 with album debuts!!

 

Arctic Monkeys  are hoping to debut at #2 with their seventh studio Album, The Car. The four piece have three #1 albums with predecessor Tranquillity Base Hotel & Casino debuting at #1 in 2018. AM is looking to make a comeback in this week’s top 30.

 

With 16 ARIA Awards, 32 nominations, nine #1 singles and seven #1 albums, ARIA Hall of Fame inductee, Kylie Minogue is also hoping for a top 5 debut with her album, Impossible Princess.

She's occupying the top 10 of the official charts of Canada, the US and NZ as well (she would have done it in the UK too if it wasn't for their stupid rule).

Harry had 13 of the Top 15 on the ARIA chart earlier this year. The only spots he missed were #5 (First Class) and #7 (About Damn Time).
