As of August 2019: Upon release of an album, only songs specifically labeled and released as singles are eligible to chart for the first 2 weeks after an album release. On top, record labels are able to choose 1 non-single "focus track" that they wish should appear on the chart but no international artist actually goes out of their way to do this
