It had full production. She played it with her full band and back up singers on stage with her. I think it will be on the show tomorrow but we don't know whether it will be permanent. I would guess not since the song is five minutes and the prior enchanted segment was only 4 minutes. The show is already long enough that a good number of swifties get wiped out by folklore so there is a good chance that she won't add such a long song to the permanent setlist.

Given almost half of the tickets are VIPs, she is easily doing $18M-$20M per show, putting her at 110-120M from Singapore stop alone also rumors have it she’s booking more dates

It makes more sense to have more dates in a country where she's not as strong so that she can consolidate a bigger fanbase rather than doing many shows in some countries where she's already massive and doesn't need any real push (i still wish she'd do at least 1 show in Belgium though ).
