Waited over 5 hours, finally got in, and the tickets were entirely sold out except for VIP and nosebleeds behind the stage…yeah I’m mad

Same here using SeatGeek. It's really disappointing, I'm not sure what can be done to actually make this smooth for fans.

Seeing all these tickets on Vivid Seats being sold for ridiculous prices is disgusting

Trying again tomorrow with the Capital One pre-sale, not sure if that's any different or if they reserve seats or whatever but I refuse to buy nosebleeds.

Literally a nightmare. I doubt she adds another date but hope I can get some tickets during the Capitol one sale

Im praying my Capitol One friend gets them... if not I'm manifesting Friday. I cannot believe two Cinci STADIUM shows have this much demand wtf.

Yeah I gave up for today, I was in the queue for three hours and there was basically nothing left when I got in. I'll try the Capitol One pre-sale tomorrow, not holding my breath though :bam:

Has anyone had luck getting tickets via phone? I'm going out around 3 so I just want to make sure.

That’s the only way it worked for me, and I lost all the good seats cause my code wasn’t working on desktop version

I'm praying it's easier to get the Seattle tix since they moved the release time to 3pm which is still in the work day for many :dancehall2:

Line disappeared for Arlington and Glendale. Did they already sell out

That was the most disgusting, shameful business transaction experience of my entire life.

I was verified. had the presale code. I had the supposed "priority" status of being a Lover Fest ticket holder. I had everything setup exactly how Ticketmaster instructed. I entered the waiting room the second it opened at 9:30:00 on the dot.

And my fate? Being stuck in a frozen queue for 5 hours, needing to call out of work, only to be finally allowed into the ticket portal where 1) my presale code was rejected 2) every single seat shown as still available was suddenly gone the moment I clicked on it.

I was treated better by the merchants in the souks of Marrakech, because at least you know upfront they're scamming you, instead of the false pretense of this major corporation and all their virtue signaling about "verified fans only" and "making the process work for the people."

Like clockwork, the resellers and bots who got all the good seats have already listed them for $10k and up. I love Taylor, but I'm done buying anything from her as long as she does business with this despicable company. Yes they have a stranglehold on the entire touring industry, but she's the only artist with the power to say "**** you" to Ticketmaster and take down their monopoly.

Yep. I've always had better luck on mobile. But last night Ticketmaster sent out an email saying we should use a desktop in order to ensure the process works. So I listened and ended up in the death queue while the mobile users sailed through.

I hope this means you wont be attending any event sold via Ticketmaster from now on and not just Taylor

Yes it was awful but ticketmaster has a monopoly on tickets sadly I doubt any artist can change that. America is the one that doesn't have laws against scalpers, in other countries there is a cap on how much you can resale a ticket. I've been tired of ticketmaster for years tbh, always had problems with every big artists tickets

before the presale got moved to 3pm, it showed that I was on the Thursday LA show. Does this mean I can only buy tickets to that LA show or will it let me navigate through other LA shows?

Also, those of you waiting 6+hours, was your spot in line boosted?

Today was a fkn sh*t show but I was able to score tickets for Detroit night 1.

I wanted night 2 because it’s my birthday but literally everything that could go wrong went wrong.

I got to the end of the queue  for night 2 in 30 min #mypower but then my code didn’t work. Eventually after trying it too many times, they marked me as a bot and I couldn’t try anymore. Mess. I ended up giving my username / password / code to my friend and she had to wait in the queue all over again. When she got in everything was sold so we tried for night 1 - back through the queue again. Then we kept getting seats and losing them at checkout (why tf would ticketmaster empty your cart because the parking passes are sold out????). It took 3 times through the cart to finally get tickets - and we had no choice but to take VIPs. I don’t even think they will ship the vip packages across the border to Toronto so that money is just gone. After conversion it came to $950 CAD per ticket :skull: it took literally 7 hours

Then ticketmaster has the nerve to say this was unprecedented - girl you sent out the codes. You knew exactly how many people would be on your website today :deadvision:

I hope to freaking god the Toronto shows are not this level of disaster when they finally go on sale.

Btw, really informative video about Ticketmaster/Live Nation's monopoly of the industry. At this point not even someone like Taylor can stop them, only the DOJ.

**** Ticketmaster. I keep getting U201 errors, resulted in me dropping the tickets, including a VIP ticket and had to rejoin another queue. I'm either gonna wait until the dead of night or when general sale begins because this ******* ridiculous. I had 13 texts sent to Me to finalize my order and every single time failed.

Cincinatti was so weird too. It felt all day like the queue wasn't moving at the times the rest were, I was searching all over twitter and there was never any cincinatti screenshots and so many complaints from that date specifically about no movement

I was shocked it had so much demand. That's why I chose it over Pittsburgh :deadbanana2:

This exact same scenario happened with us. Loverfest boost my ass!

Same lol I live in New York but my family is in Ohio so figured it would be MUCH easier to get in, and then all morning watched people get their New Jersey tickets as I watched a queue :gaycat6: never would have guessed with there being 2 shows and so many close ones like Tennessee, Pittsburgh, and Chicago

RIGHT. I might try to go to Pittsburgh instead. It seemed like the demand there is less. :deadbanana4:
