We don’t know how verified fan will be used for intl dates yet (the most we have is that EU website leak). Just because there will be dates doesn’t mean it will be any easier to get tickets. I have a boost for tomorrow so even though I know there will be a date in my city I have to buy anyways just in case. She’s actually making it harder for Americans by making these the only shows the entire world can buy right now
