I will be shocked if she doesn't.  Everything aligns and makes sense that today is the day.  It's 8/9, she has one song (New Romantics) left to perform from 1989, and it's the end of the first/us leg of the tour.  Plus someone said the bracelets are now blue and flash 5 times.  Someone pointed out that right before SNTV, the bracelets were purple and flashed 3 times.  And finally, the new Midnight's outfit resembles one from her 1989 tour.
