Two incredible choices, but the only way she’s excused for two repeats in one night is if both are featured fully in the tour film…

I still think she's gonna do something special with the surprise songs: a separate compilation film with all/most of the performances and or a live album

Or imagine if they do an interactive/choose your own adventure option (like that Black Mirror episode) where you can pick the performance you want to watch :jonny5:

a ******* dream and I’ve been delusionally hoping for this since the tour kicked off since we need quality and professional recordings of the many many never performed live before songs in particular!

Taylor Swift Camera Crew Documenting Entire 'Eras' Tour, Possible Project in Works

Quote

Taylor Swift is no stranger to signing huge deals, and we've learned there's another one on the horizon ... with camera crews following her "Eras" Tour journey throughout the world.

Camera crews have been present at just about every "Eras" Tour show thus far -- getting plenty of shots of Taylor, her fans and some behind-the-scenes content. It might seem standard for tours these days, but the scope of the crews with Taylor show she's got something more in the works.

We've spoken to sources who say there's not yet a plan for the project -- whether it'll end up on streaming or in theaters. It could be a multi-million dollar deal with Netflix, a company with which she has history.

TMZ

Looks like she hasn't partnered with any streaming service yet. Hopefully she picks Netflix, and if not them then Disney+ or Amazon Prime Video. The other services are too small globally. She needs to make the tour film another event.

Exactly! I'm surprised exile hasn't been performed yet.

amazing combo but interesting it's two repeats. I wouldve bet on one of the most demanded yet still unperformed songs like The Way I Loved You, New Romantics or Cornelia Street

I'm rooting for Netflix. It's the only streaming service that actually matters in the world

I'd love if she releases to theatre WW (not only limited release) where there will be immense hype then drop it on whatever streaming platform she chooses and generate an even bigger craze, that would be the perfect way to maximize and achieve the full potential of this project.

But then again, she's gonna be sitting on this film for a long while, uh? The tour is only ending November of next year

This was probably my favourite couple of surprise songs :cries:

Which just made me super impatient once I thought about it :deadbanana2:

Exactly, I know it will be nothing compared to the show itself but at least fans from countries she didn't tour/fans that couldn't get ticket will be able to see the whole show and make an event out of it. I think it would be a great thing tbh.

I don't get the hype of DBATC. It's an OK song at best.

Our Song and YOYOK would be a killer combo.

Our Song and State of Grace too.

Sorry luv. I seriously don't get appeal of any Loser tracks except cruel summer maybe. They are all so mid.

Sorry, I spoke again :hughard:

DBATC and YOYOK should both be on the setlist, not taking up surprise sing slots.

The fact that we still haven't gotten King Of My Heart, Dancing With Our Hands Tied or Dress makes me violent with rage

Exactly! First releasing it on theaters and then on Netflix would be the best move. Her and her team HAS to do everything in their power to be sure this tour will go down in history.

Would be great if it was a miniseries with the entire show and also behind the scenes footage!

The absolute best outcome in my opinion would be a tour film with just the 3.5 hours long actual show and a global theatrical release, then after 2-3 weeks it gets put on Netflix alongside an accompanying making-of/documentary miniseries, with behind-the-scenes footage & interviews about the conceptualizing of the tour, the production, life on the road, maybe even stuff about the TVs etc.

Let's see how much of that we'll actually end up getting. :gaycat6:
