I fully expect Hayley and/or FOB to be at one of the shows in Kansas and Denver for the vault songs... if it's possible for them or they want to make the trip lol

Long Live is going to be such a collapse  I better see Swifties crying in the crowd

i think she likes to hear fans screaming out lyrics which would be more difficult the day the vault tracks come out.

we should be ready by the following week tho.

I always imagined she'd save Long Live and Dear Reader for the last date but she's so unpredictable

Saving the vault tracks for Denver would be perfect then

We need BTD, Long Live, Innocent (sorry to those who hate it!), and Last Kiss for Kansas. I'd say BTR too but will she perform it live?

Regarding the new dates in Singapore - do I need to register for them separately? Or if I register for the first 3 I don’t need to do it for the other 3?

How is she gonna do this?

March 2 Singapore Singapore National Stadium
March 3
March 4
March 7
March 8
March 9
May 8 Nanterre[d] France Paris La Défense Arena
May 9
May 10

That's intense and no break....

EDIT: OOPS nevermind! that's May...not March LOOOL

the fact she has all of April empty kinda makes me think she may add more Asian dates. I know its prob cuz the logistics to move the stage and stuff form Singapore to Europe is timely and tough but I think she may actually do some Phillipines shows. She prob wont do Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia cuz they are too close to Singapore geographically and those ppl will prob travel to Singapore for the shows whereas the Phillipines is a little further than them to Singapore and I feel like Pinoy fans are a little more financially in a tough situation compared to Malay and Thai fans...it would be amazing if she gave them like a mini residency since the Filipino fans are DIE HARDS. I want them to have their Come to Brazil moment :'(

not possible at least for countries like Malaysia and Indonesia because ramadan starts March 11, but she might add phillippines if there's available venue but i say she should just play in open space set like a festival there if the stage is too big

Posted

So the total is already 105 dates, before the new dates everywhere else. I think she'll end up at 125-130, which is absolutely MASSIVE for a stadium tour.

but lots of ppl still listen to music and stuff even during Ramandan. The vast majority of ppl are not militant when it comes to religion tbh (and the government still allows music festivals during ramadan). Phillipines NEEDS dates tho...they are such huge stans and like you said they can deff do festival setting for the tour but idk if there is much financial incentive to go sadly :(  the Phillipines economy is so weak right now...

their government doesn't allow concerts to be held during ramadan, that is why

https://sea.mashable.com/life/22808/no-more-international-concerts-right-before-ramadan-or-raya-malaysia-declares

+ indonesia has election around those months so it must be unstable probably

and yeah philippines should just get a festival setting, maybe the scrapped lover fest plans could come to life

i mean even coldplay could do 2 shows there

People need to understand that Taylor has basically made it crystal that she isn't going to announce any new locations for this tour.  She is already communicated to the Singapore government that she isn't touring any other SEA countries for the tour as they have been bragging about it since the dates were announced.

Philippines isn't happening on this tour no matter how much they deserve it.  There is simply no venues that is even close to suitable for the tour in the Philippine.  Their biggest venue literally has no floor space because it's primarily used for church services.  Coldplay had to scale back their own stage and their stage was already much smaller and more simply than Taylor's. There is no way to set up her stage there at all.

Taylor isn't going to create an entirely new tour stage and concept  in the middle of an almost 2 year tour for one country no matter  how deserving.  Taylor creating her own festival in country takes a lot of organization, planning and logistic works that Taylor and her team simply doesn't have time for in this massive tour.  I hope that in future tour she can do a residency in the Philippines but it isn't going to be this tour.

Singapore getting a minimum of six dates is to serve SEA countries like Philippines that had to get skipped due to logistics reason . Flights to Singapore are relatively inexpensive compared to Taylor's concert tickets. The expectation is that a lot of SEA swifties will attend the Singapore dates. I hope she does more than 6 currently planned dates but we shouldn't expect anything more.

So she sang all tracks 5 on this tour already. Only one track 1 & track 4 left (I Forgot That You Existed, exile).

Yes, she IS NOT adding new stops in Southeast Asia. She is legally contracted with the Singaporean tourism board to make this tour 'THE ONLY STOP IN SOUTHEAST ASIA'.

Anyway TaylorNation didn't post the new Singaporean dates on their timeline like they did for LatAm, positive signs that we may end up with more.

Concert or any entertainment festivals are not allowed during the holy month Ramadan, she can add Malaysia if there's second leg in Asia :bird:
