ariananext Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 Damn who's TayDuaNation on Twitter posting every single thing and citing ATRL as source?
Ms. Togekiss Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 8 minutes ago, ariananext said: Apparently La Defense Arena spoiled to some people privately that she's doing May 10-11 next year and possibly a third date (if they sell out so yeah, three dates), and apparently they're coming out tomorrow. Also another insider confirmed it and said highest prices of the year. Plus, some guy who works in the live industry in Poland and usually teases announcements posted Ready For It in his insta stories. Thanks for the info so it looks like La Defense is announcing the date and it’s not part of a European leg announcement from Taylor
JawBreaker Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 Those prices seem so cheap for Europe. Taylor has tickets in Mexico going for 1k and she sold out all 4 dates and dont they have a much smaller income than Europeans?

Has she ever announced dates in a single country sans Japan (only Asian country to receive Rep tour so it kinda doesn’t count) Edited June 19, 2023 by Sprawl
fridayteenage Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 Just now, Sprawl said: Has she ever announced dates in a single country sans Japan (only Asian country to receive Rep tour so it kinda doesn’t count) yes, united states

But then again, Taylor is not Coldplay, maybe it's just me being used to how they handle extra shows

joanabt Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 who are we blaming if we don't get european dates tomorrow?
fridayteenage Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 (edited) she should find a way to join this list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_highest-attended_concerts ed just got 100k+ concerts in australia... Edited June 19, 2023 by fridayteenage

Blame Justin Trudeau for still having Canada closed for concerts , when Taylor was planning the NA leg 1.5 years ago. She isn’t going to ship her stage back to NA next year just for Canada . Canadians were let into the USA presale so they have less grounds to complain than the other countries that were inevitably get skipped .

So its up in the air if she visits them or not i think The 2 stadiums have been booked out during May, June, July for the last few years with football, if its the same next year, she might just skip it 1 hour ago, byzantium said: Oh interesting. She went to Dublin for 1989 and Rep so I figured that would be one of the most likely countries. Plus isn’t she huge in Ireland? I remember it being her biggest market in Europe (adjusting for population of course) They overestimated her demand last time, one night was enough, but it would be different this time. Like Alestevens said, Coldplay, Beyoncé and Pink all skipped Ireland because of insurance and venue availability so Ireland is no longer a sure thing for big concerts anymore.

I'm not sure about the insurance situation. Why is it higher now? And Dublin, if it gets dates would be the smallest city of the tour so I can understand why it is not a sure bet. However, I am very confident that she could pretty easily sell out 3 nights. The excess demand from the US east coast alone could guarantee two sellouts in Dublin. I know a couple of people going to Mexico City because they couldn't get tickets in their own city which is about as far away as Dublin. (and harder to get to because there are no direct flights) Edited June 19, 2023 by byzantium

fridayteenage Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 (edited) wiki says the PGE Narodowy got 146,340 for ed last year so that'd be a good get Edited June 19, 2023 by fridayteenage

(and harder to get to because there are no direct flights) https://businessplus.ie/news/top-music-acts-irish-tour-dates/ Because Ireland is a rip off lately lol though I’m not convinced that’s the reason either. I believe it’s more to do with venues. The football season changed to dates artists normally tour there. Like I’m sure her team wants Croke Park but if she can’t get that, next up would be Aviva which is 50k. The Weeknd has dates but it’s a field.

ariananext Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 I don't think she would book field stages, do you? Stadiums are pretty much her brand I feel.
