Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour | Long Live: 2 Cities Left

I don't think she will visit cities where she can't sell at least 2 shows. So i doubt Zurich and Milan is happening. She is more likely to sell two shows in Vienna and Warsaw. And i think she will book at least 2 cities in Germany. She is massive there.

It may be an unpopular opinion but if she's actually going to sell standard tickets for over 200€ I'm not even trying. We're not the US, the biggest artists such as Beyoncé sell floor tickets for a little over 100€, pit for less than 200€ and seated for 50€ to <200€ in Europe. If she's gonna pull some 300€ **** for a standard ticket she's insane, I'm sorry :rip:  it's a human being, just because she can do it it doesn't mean she should, I know it's her job, she's a capitalist and everything, but it would be such a shame to be honest, it's a great show but 300€ are a huge part of what many people are earning monthly in Europe.

Wait. People only making 300euro monthly in Euro? How come?

I lived in Vietnam, a poor country and most people would make more.

300euro for VIP around the stage zone is ok, you just needs to not go out for 2-3 months and eat less😂

I kinda agree with all this. Except it won't stop me to spend insane amounts on the tickets cause I've been saving in order to be able to do multiple dates with VIP tickets if I had to. My bank account is PREPARED! Take my money queen! (but if you wanted to do cheaper tickets that'd be appreciated :gaycat6:

Barcelona

i think she might be doing Bernabéu, at least i hope so. it has 80k capacity, 20k more than Estadi Lluis Companys, and since Real Madrid just finished rebuilding it and adapting it for concerts it is possible that they have tried to convince her to play there. 2 dates in Madrid would host more people than 3 dates in Barcelona so i hope she does that, just for the sake of getting tickets

I said that's a good part of the monthly salary not all of it, many people in the balkans for example earn around 500-600€ a month. I can speak for my country (Italy) and say that most of young people (her main target here) also earns less than 1000€ monthly. I could easily afford this show if I saved a little but yeah, I'm not going to stay at home for a month because she wants to be greedy :deadbanana4:

That's totally fine, 300€ is good for VIP tickets (which would be early entry here in Europe I guess) because you know, that's for a selected group, but standard ones shouldn't be higher than 200€ in my opinion.

but still people are making 1k in spain for example. making standard ticket prices 1/3 of a person's salary would be nasty, regardless of how incredible the show she puts on is. if she wants to make vip tickets those prices that's fine but standard seating tickets should be 170 max, comparing w other important artists like coldplay, harry and beyonce who have toured recently.

Exactly. The touring industry here is totally different from the US, if prices are that high (Madonna's high) stadiums are gonna be filled with a selected amount of local fans who are wealthy enough and americans who still find it convenient to fly all the way here.

La Defense being a smaller venue than the average stadium probably has a big influence on the pricing, at least I see it that way :swan: I guess we’ll find out tomorrow

I hope you're right! I hope they're announcing the prices right away, for artists such as The Weeknd we found out the day of the presale :deadbanana4:

I'm not one to underrate Taylor's success in France, but I still wouldn't expect France to have the priciest tickets in Europe.

I think she's doing

London

Manchester

Edinburgh

Belfast

Dublin

Lisbon

Barcelona

Paris

Antwerp or Brussels

Amsterdam

Berlin or Frankfurt

Zurich

Milan

Stockholm or Copenhagen

Belfast is a little random.  She would do Glasgow before Belfast.
Also I think she would

do Vienna or Munich before Zurich?  Zurich does not have a large stadium.

Reading all this make me feel like im insane. You guys complain about ticket price can be 1/2 of your 1st world country salary ?

I lived in Vietnam so in able to see her i have to travel to Singapore. And all those travel expenses on top of 300euro ticket. She really snatching my whole month salary. But i would still 100% do it if i can get my hands on those tickets.

Anyway her ticket price in latin america is reasonable, i heard and she doesnt use dynamic pricing in America when she sure as hell can. So i dont think she would set the price too high for other continents.

Sis just because you would do that it doesn't mean that every fan who wants to see her show needs to follow suit. Sorry if I want to see her live but also not lock myself in for a whole month, I'm not going to give up my summer for a show :deadbanana4: I also will have to add the traveling expenses since I live in the south of Italy and would have to travel to Milan or another european country. If prices were to be the same as LATAM it would be fine, although I believe they were super expensive for them.

it's still reasonable to complain, in my opinion. ticket prices have gone up so much in the last years and it is not fair that in some ways we are approaching the ticketing system in the US when the average salary is 3 times higher there. that does not exclude the fact that some countries have it way, way worse. it really should not be an argument between fans to see who pays the most, just an overall observation of how fast ticket prices are increasing and how it is not normal at all that they should cost such a big fraction of one's monthly earning, be it 1/3, 1/2 or the whole salary.
