It's pretty obvious she's not playing rep songs for the surprise songs for 2 very obvious reasons:

 

1. Her last tour was the REPUTATION tour where she sang nearly every song from it on the tour. So she obvi doesn't wanna play songs that everyone heard last time. But she still has so many dates left, and eventually she'll have to do rep songs lol

 

2. And then the obvious: yes, a lot of the songs are about Joe.

She is saving reputation and Lover for international dates.

 

Also she does no songs from debut, only 3 from Fearless and 1 from Speak Now, plus folklore, evermore and Midnights are new so those are bound to have most surprise songs.

She's probably withholding them at this point. 

Artists don't have to report they boxscore numbers (and many actually don't), but it is unusual for her not do it. Maybe she has her reasons…

Many artists reveal their numbers at the end of each leg. Madonna does that. 

Maybe Taylor will reveal hers at the end of the North American dates.

Welp. I did it. I splurged and bought the cheapest ticket I could find for the best seat I could find for MetLife opening night next Friday 

It was too much to get 2 tickets, so I'm going to the concert alone. Is anyone else going/going alone? Or has anyone been to any of the shows so far by themselves? I never been to a concert by myself but I'm sure I'll bond with the Swifties I'm sitting next to 

 

I don't even care that I almost reached my credit card limit with this -- I'm SO EXCITED!!!

Local Nashville news channel is reporting an average ticket price of $215. If the 210,000 attendance reports are correct, she grossed ~$45M in Nashville alone

I went to Nashville night one alone and it was such a magical experience. I made a lot of friends in my row, especially to my immediate left, we were UNHINGED the whole night. Had someone a few rows ahead of me give me a friendship bracelet.

 

That was my first time going to a show alone and I LOVED it.

This is in line with the original ticket price average that Billboard originally reported, so it seems plausible.
