It’ll be her doing a rollerskating routine on stage and all the middle aged Facebook mums will live for the performance

We have two problems: Pink on her natural way out as a hitmaker, because of her age and her disconnect from younger generations (her best shot would be her old pop/rock songs from 2001-2007 goin viral on TikTok) and Max Martin failing to land himself a major hit since After Hours. People mistakenly think he produced Lizzo’s About Damn Time. He produced To Be Loved, which lowkey flopped for all the push it got.

 

Hopefully it will force Max to twinkle his formula a bit and take risks, because his last successes in 2020 and 2018 were all by working with major hot artists like The Weeknd and Ariana Grande.  
 

And hopefully pink has other tricks inside her bag, like having a pop/rock return of sorts, because it would make millennials nostalgic and maybe connect to new listeners. I dont think she cares, though. I’ll stay boping to God is a DJ
