Slate Posted November 8, 2022 Posted November 8, 2022 This was fine, nothing special and not very original but still enjoyable. The opening scene is kind of instantly iconic
paddii_ Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 My expectations were super low for this. So I was surprised as this was very entertaining. However nothing groundbreaking as many have stated which it didn’t try to be IMO. Perfect blend of horror and comedy. however Spoiler Would’ve preferred if there wasn’t a solution and the main character wouldn’t have figured out wether she was ill or not.

There wasn't. The movie is about processing trauma and the need of help. That's why even though she thought she dealt with her trauma in actuality she didn't. Her isolation because of her traumatic moment and not opening up to others was her downfall. Hench why she died at the end. You can't easily escaped or handwave your trauma away.
Walk_Away21 Posted November 12, 2023 Posted November 12, 2023 @Reverse Warholian is NOT seeing heaven for this recommendation lmao. Literally what was the point of the movie with that ending. @The Witch The lead actress formerly of MTVs Scream did her best with that god awful script though. The Ring clears this flop easily.
babyboy1 Posted November 12, 2023 Posted November 12, 2023 The ending was weird and it didn't go anywhere with that.. Rest of the movie is fully enjoyable
