It's confusing.

The weak points are a result of the summer 2022 songs being purged, and not enough new songs to replace these songs on the charts so far this fall. The reason why the points at the top weren't as weak last year was because there was no summer songs purged. Radio held on to songs like good 4 u, Bad Habit, and Stay way past their expiration date. It took Adele releasing Easy On Me to finally get rid of those songs at the top of the charts.
