The better album is probably TPAB, though the one I enjoy more is easily MBDTF. But TPAB easily bodies it in terms of both productions and lyrics.

TPAB. 808s and MBDTF kinda overrated to me.

Lyric wise it’s Kendrick but overall I pick Kanye.

 

His album starts good and gradually becomes better while I can’t say the same for Ken’s.

I have to be in a mood for TPAB but honestly it's a way more breath taking, lyrically diverse + poetic, sonically and conceptually unique project than MBDTF and I listen to MBDTF more often. It has a better flow to the album that you can tell was delicately crafted. The only thing i'll give MBDTF is the cover art and the music videos.

MBDTF will forever hold a special place in my heart though. Honestly, Kanye's first six albums/eras is one of the, if not the greatest musical run of all time.
