I was informed that Rihanna was a streaming flop and her streaming numbers were abysmal compared to her peers. Yet Rihanna becomes the 3rd woman to cross 30B streams across all credits. How has a streaming flop managed to garner 30B streams with limited aid from Tik Tok and only 1 streaming era project released almost 7 years ago? Discuss

Girl who told you she was a streaming flop  She’s gonna be the only other woman capable of consistently being in the overall top 10 for Spotify for most of 2023 aside from you know who, which is exciting because men have been dominating for far too long.

Rih’s the opposite of a streaming flop, she’s the gold standard. She’s the steaming pioneer for pop girls. Simply the standard. She may not be the highest overall but she opened the door for all the other girls to succeed, and will put people in their places when R9 comes out.
