Gaon/Circle tracking week is monday-sunday. Born Pink was released on friday so 2/3 days of tracking only.

does this mean the numbers will still go up? I always thought when Gaon/Circle announces its all of the album stocks already and only the hanteo numbers goes up

Gaon reports the number of albums shipped by the labels/companies to physical stores and online vendors / Hanteo's numbers are actual sales so they're only counted as sales after being shipped to someone's address or purchased at a physical store.  And, yes, it'll go up since more shipments have happened since the end of the tracking week.
