Russia starts to retreat from parts of Ukraine after losses

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

After humiliating loses in Oblast Charkiw, Russia has started to retreat from that part of Ukraine.

Meanwhile, the Ukranian Army has also managed to get to the outskirts of the Oblast Donezk, Luhansk and is continuing to win back territory in the Kherson Oblast.

Is this the end for Russia? Where are the pro Russia girlies of ATRL at?

Sharp rhetorical turn from the Russian state's chief propagandist.

Honestly all maps are currently not accurate since the Russians are losing more ground & faster than Gaga was losing fans during ARTPOP.

Russia is simply making huge advances backwards, foolish westoids :thing:

I hope the end is near and Ukraine wins deservedly. We need EU to drop immediately the sanctions afterwards, since the prices and the inflation will be unbearable in the winter tho

They won't.  I don't think we have to worry about that any longer. NATO countries have educated Ukranian soldiers, delivered arms and everything, absolutely official and Russia did nothing. They won't start now

Like the rats they are. :clap3:

Those Kremlin-paid "experts" who urged Ukraine to give up its territory look like complete idiots now. Ukraine has just had a stunning streak of victories over the last week. Even the most optimistic analysts didn't expect such a strong counter-offensive. This almost feels like a miracle. Glory to Ukraine!

Not happening cause Russia is still a threat to the rest of the world if we continue to fill their pockets.

Russia has to undergo serious changes, pay reparations to Ukraine and a new regime before we start to trust Russia a tiny bit.

This animation is as of yesterday, but there are even more advances today. The “government” of the Donbas is collapsing, and many of their “politicians” and Russians that moved in are running for the Russian border. In such large numbers, that the Russian government is trying to spin the story as “Ukrainian refugees trying to escape” :deadbanana2:

It can’t be understated how monumental these last few days have been. Слава Україні :heart2:

The world will not just return to normal and forget this overnight :deadbanana4:Not when Russian state media was making threats to invade half of Europe and parts of the US simultaneously. Our best hope is that the transition away from Russian gas continues to be rapid paced and that our governments permanently move towards a more secure and reliable source of energy that isn't gonna get randomly cut off to enslave Europe.

As Hillary said, Russia's only option would be putting Trump back into the White House to derail weapon supplies. The midterms, even if the GOP takes control of the House, won't affect the aid since there's bipartisan support (even though the ultra-MAGA faction consistently votes against Ukraine). However, Trump could singlehandedly stop sending weapons to Ukraine.

This counter-offensive makes me hopeful that Ukraine will be able to fully liberate Crimea before 2024.

No, sanctions will have to remain in place indefinitely. Inflation has likely peaked, and Germany will be able to weather this crisis with a relatively mild recession, which is a small price to pay for finally freeing itself from Russian energy blackmail. Allowing Russia to dictate Germany's foreign policy in exchange for cheaper gas was a massive geopolitical blunder that will continue to haunt Merkel's questionable legacy. I'm glad that the Greens are leading the effort to break all ties with Russia. Hopefully, Habeck, who is very popular right now, will be Germany's next chancellor.

Soon Russia will be gone completely from Ukraine :gaycat5: This is the end of Pootin.

I think this is it for Russia. With the Ukranian forces now heading towards Luhansk Oblast and continuing to win more ground around Kherson, this is it.

Apparently they are also attacking the Donezk airport, too.

I am a bit worried that Russia will be a sore loser and try to use nukes though.
