In general, I don't really care as long as the lips aren't little pencil squiggles.  Facial proportions are important factors in attractiveness.

From a pure aesthetic perspective i would say it depends on the person. Both can bring that extra plus that highlights a face.

 

For instance, i think Tom Holland's lips totally match the rest of his features :

You guys might be onto something. Maybe shapes and proportions are a better indicator of lips’ attractiveness rather than mere fullness.
 

Which explains why there are sooo many botched lip jobs from celebs despite the amount of money they have because they only focus on one feature and disregard how it would look with their other facial structures.

Never been picked on but people have asked my friends if I’ve had work done etc 

 

I think guys definitely enjoy fuller lips more, especially when kissing

It's not exclusive, but non-mixed black men are more likely to have full lips than not, especially compared to european men.

 

Saying a very common black phenotype can look "feminine" on men is obviously gonna leave a bad taste in people's mouth.

Yep as long as it looks natural to their face is what I was about to say. Seeing a clear lip filler or duck lips is an instant turn off. Plus small lips feel very delicate and tender which is a turn on.
