Between 60 and 80 per cent of Twitter handles posting on the Russia-Ukraine war may be bot accounts, a research by scholars from the University of Adelaide, Australia has found. Among other influences, these bot accounts may have been pushing people to flee their homes during the conflict between these two countries, the researchers added.

The researchers also found more “pro Ukraine’ accounts than those that were “pro Russia”.

 

According to the researchers, 90.16 per cent of the accounts tweeting on the Russia-Ukraine war were “pro Ukraine” and only 6.80 per cent were “pro Russia”. “Balanced accounts” — those which showed mixed behaviour — comprised 3.04 per cent.

which is fair (if you read and think), because this article says nothing about the percentage of pro-colonial users that are bots (that number could still be higher than the number among anti-colonial accounts) nor does it say anything about being a Putin apologist. Furthermore, the report considers only on Tweets with hashtags like #IStandWithUkraine, the numbers are from 23 February to 8 March, and most bots they found were "self-declared bots", showing they failed to distinguish the "bad" bots from the ones that aren't manipulative.

 

Basically, this article is totally unfit for whatever you're trying to say.

This. Speaking of spreading agendas, OP has posted many Russian propaganda posts in the master thread. I think they thought that by making this a separate thread, it would be some sort of gotcha moment
