This was hard to narrow down because I have too many fave games, but I’d say these three are my top three.

Well off the top of my head I can come up with these 3:

- Beyond Good & Evil (the story made me cry as a kid back then ; it was also kinda the first "open-world" game I came across?)

- Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana (one of the best JRPGs tbh; it keeps you hooked from start to finish; who would've thought the cliché trope of being trapped on an island could still be so much fun )

- Stardew Valley (must have put like a thousand hours into this over the years already?  tbh I started with those Harvest Moon games years ago and fell in love with any kinds of farming games ever since)
