This is nice, but it mostly affects the biggest cities which I guess it's fair since the cost of living in BCN or Madrid it's extremelly high compared to other smaller cities that don't even have trains. I have to say it would be greatly appreciated by everyone if they finally decided to do something about the super high cost of rent because it's absurd that it happens in Spain

They need to ban Airbnb/short-stay rentals, it’s out of control in so many tourist spots and driving up rents, Barcelona being a key example.

Also they have to force banks and many particulars to put flats for rent. And they need to do something so those particulars are abusing their position because I've seen shitty rooms for outrageous prices

Great. Now UK next pls. It's ridiculous how some tickets here are £100+ while the service is the pits and not to mention it would be cheaper to fly to another country.
