As long as you do ur job and your not on it all the time is fine! & i also control the music so .. i gotta keep checking the songs lol

I don't really use my phone that much at work but if someone told me off for using it I would laugh in their face. Imagine policing adults like that 

 

I once sat on the phone for like 40 mins when I had an issue with my bank and no one batted an eye (they didn't know the reason until afterwards).

The only cell phone policy we have is not to take pictures at work, so no selfies or pictures of our work space due to client confidentiality. Other that no one cares if you’re on your phone as long as your work gets done. I’m only in the office two days a week and there is usually a handful of people in at the same time so I can be on my phone for however long I want

I've never worked anywhere in my life with a phone policy, seems like a strange thing to me

 

The last time I had a phone policy was in high school (no phones allowed at all), I still had mine on me always. Phones could only call and text back then anyways.
