1989 Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 I really see Midnights only getting three singles tbh. Anti-Hero —> Lavender Haze —> Midnight Rain. I think obviously LH will be pushed like AH, but after that I see them just releasing MR as the final single without a big push, mostly running off of it being the obvious (fan) favorite and hype.

Maybe, but I feel like Bejeweled was also initially pushed as an unofficial promo single, given we already got the video and it already went viral on Tik Tok. I’m not sure if it would do anything more now. Maybe Karma as a potential fourth single?

vale9001 Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 (edited) the model she's following is this in my opinion -fearless (big album at the time, with 2 very huge pop country classics but now she's a global star not an WW eventful re release) in april 2021 - red tv (album with big WW appeal) on november 2021 - nothing in 2022 - speak now (same as fearless, big country album but not big WW appeal) april 2023 - 1989 (album with big WW appeal) november 2023 then i don't really think a new album is coming on 2024 so no pause year and - reputation november 2024 (big WW release) - debut april 2025 (no one cares about it ) - new album fall 2026. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s already started on TS11 or has an idea about it. A looort of free time. She even wrote the screenplay of a whole movie. Making a tour is something else, from now to march she's just working on the show, no way she's recording real new music. Never made a record while touring. A tour is not only the 2 hours of show. I think this tour is gonne be very global and long. Making some videos to promote a new re release every 6 months while touring is already hard. During the pause she has to work to the movie.

It's not getting a 9th week at #1, though.

She made midnights, she re recorded red with a 2 videos and then? 0 concerts and 0 public events,if not some award show night (without performing), 0 going around the globe to promote her records. If we ask to Taylor about 2021 and 2022 she probably would tell us she has never worked so little since her debut making tours, interviews, performances and promotion around the world, radio promo tours, events...that's the really hard work..she can wrote 3 new songs in a couple of day i guess Edited January 12, 2023 by vale9001
