EdgeofTeeth Posted August 31, 2022 Posted August 31, 2022 from this list: Florence + the Machine, Paramore, The 1975, Tame Impala, Coldplay, The Black Keys are all-time faves and then Maroon 5 is the worst, truly one of the worst bands of all time
Cheap Thrills 9.0 Posted August 31, 2022 Posted August 31, 2022 (edited) Best: Editors - I hate how much they're underrated (new album out in September btw, singles are wonderful) My fave from the list: MGMT Worst: Maroon 5 Edited August 31, 2022 by Cheap Thrills 9.0
Genius1111 Posted August 31, 2022 Posted August 31, 2022 I am kinda surprised that only 1 person here has named Nickelback. About 10 years ago, I was quite into Muse (I really enjoyed their singles from 2006 to 2012) and Arctic Monkeys (but not their 2009 singles). I guess I will say that Fallout Boy is the worst.
Exquisite Posted August 31, 2022 Posted August 31, 2022 I wouldn't have thought that the 1975's debut album was their biggest tbh

Quality-wise is tricky because they have very high highs, but also uninspired material. Florence and The Killers are the best, though. Worst are Imagine Dragons, even Maroon 5 has some listenable bops. this Coldplay discography is such a difficult thing to listen because they have some of the best albums I’ve ever heard (Parachutes, Ghost Stories) and then some noises best: Paramore, Tame Impala, MCR worst: Panic, Maroon 5

They're my third favourite band overall. I love bands that aren't afraid to drastically switch it up, and they've done that several times. They have a song for every mood and occasion, whether you're after a fast paced pop-punk banger, an acoustic ballad, some dance-pop, or just a straightforward rock track, they've got it all. Versatility is also important to me in an artist because I tend to get bored quickly if their discography is very samey, which fortunately isn't the case with Paramore. 100% this. And that's why they're my favourite band. Their creativity is next level. Best: Florence, My Chemical Romance, Bring Me The Horizon and I would add Evanescence to my list (even though their career is full of wasted opportunities and potential sadly) Worst: Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco - both of them failed to make a transition into something different and instead they started to make repetitive and pretty dull music. Loved the before, now I find them to be boring and uninspiring.
UnusualBoy Posted August 31, 2022 Posted August 31, 2022 Best Linkin Park? Not sure if they count Worst: Maroon 5, were they ever a rock band?
