Ya hope? Which major label would want to sign her? :priceless:

So many would want to actually promote her. Obviously she would be 10 times more successful with playlisting and investment.

It's absolutely a label problem. Shawn, Sabrina all are flopping. And guess what? All of them under the same label.

The label is the problem, not Demi. They seem to not invest.

Sabrina's last album literally debuted with barely 3M lol

That Sam Smith awful song was #1 on playlist and it was a colossal flop. Demi Lovato is not worth the investment.

Imagine thinking that a label wants their product to purposely flop despite spending funds on studio time, producer fees, paying fees to have it on streaming services, paying for music videos, physicals, etc. This album and the recording artist attach to it is simply a flop and not worth further investment. She isn’t a revenue bringing in type of product and it’s about time that her remaining fans start having a honest about that. She is not a factor to her label or to the music industry.

It proves alot. The label forked out funds for a feature and for high streaming placement and most likely did not get back the revenue they invested. I clearly remember it at #1 on TTH and it bombed very bad. :michael:

Such a bummer, the album is really quite good but DWTD (and everything else) really killed her momentum. Hopefully this has longevity

Her music flopped with label investment and flops without label investment. There is no difference.

What exactly do ya want from the label? To keep spending funds until something clicks? The music and the image attach to it simply isn’t profitable.:michael:

Not 4.6 million :deadbanana2: She'll be lucky to even do 30K in the US at this point

They absolutely do care and they we’re on the album thread and Twitter using the lack of physicals at Walmart excuse for the colossal floppage. :jonnycat:

I don't know what album thread you are reading, but besides the Walmart thing being mentioned once or twice, no one is using it as an "excuse". If anything, the stans have been expecting bad numbers, but since most ppl wanted Rockvato back for a long time and are really enjoying the album, they do know really care about the numbers. But sure, whatever suits your narrative I guess :skull:

I don't know why the story in this thread is that lovatics are screaming, crying, throwing up about these numbers. Very ATRL to think that an album can only be enjoyed and appreciated if it is financially successful.

Besides, you look very dedicated! You know stuff about her career and contract that not even I, a stan know about. Slay I guess :clap3:

Sure she will. Her fan base prior to the release of the album has claimed that she is a pure sales albums artist. :eddie:

A disaster :deadbanana2:

This whole era seemed so abrupt. Props for her versality but you just can’t switch that quick and expect people to follow already. She felt like a brand new artist and was counting on her existing fanbase to support… clearly more than half jumped ship, as the singles bombed, the album bombed, the tour is not selling…

She needed time to build that new image, this album shouldn’t be released this year. Demi being unlikeable and changing her mind every month doesn’t help either. I think she’s done commercially
