Rev8 Posted August 22, 2022 Posted August 22, 2022 Meh, movies' numbers have grown a Lot since that Pokemon movie especially since anime has been becoming rly popular for decades now so not surprised, even kind of disappointed it took so much time Pokemon rly has it's foot on these animes dbz is kind of the same thing but kind of not surprised it is one to take it

Post-pandemic films like Top Gun: Maverick are stomping out pre-pandemic blockbusters like Infinity War now. I think it’s fair to say the COVID effect has less of an effect on numbers now than a movie coming out 23 years ago — Android 18’s Dragon Ball did that Edited August 22, 2022 by Relampago.
