I'm happy that BMS blocked AIW from another week at #1, but Billboard really needs to remove sales from the Hot 100 formula. Bad Decisions was not anywhere close to being the 10th biggest song in the country.

I'm hoping that Kate spends multiple weeks at #1 on the radio songs chart, but fail to top the Hot 100, so we can finally get a (long overdue) overhaul of the Hot 100 formula. The fact that RUTH was #1 on both streaming and sales in 3 different weeks and didn't place in the Top 3 of the Hot 100 in any of those weeks proves the Hot 100 formula is a joke.

 

Again, I'm happy that BMS is a 2-week #1, but it won't feel right if RUTH doesn't reach #1. RUTH was bigger than BMS.

If the Hot 100 formula wasn't a joke, RUTH would have been a multi-week #1 by now. At the very minimum, RUTH was the biggest song in the country the first full week after it went viral (6/18) and the week of the ST finale (7/16).

Not really, 

A lot of Armys didn’t support this song because it’s not OT7 song.

plus the MV didn’t include BTS.

 

Benny’s team are smart enough to release the physical single at the same debut week. 
it help a lot.

if only Yet To Come have the same treatment it will debut in the Top 5 I believe
