Definitely freudian slip. Season 1 finale is next week. And even if for some stupid reason they didn't renew (it's got great reviews, it appears to be performing well across social and viewing metrics plus I doubt it's expensive to make which is key for the new Discovery team) there's no way that decision would leak before the season is wrapped.

I was actually enjoying this too. Cancel the horrible Gossip Girl reboot or SATC seques no one asked for instead.
