Did her team lose the receipts for all the physical sales and this is just based on streams or what? 

Ring the Alarm flopped so I was actually kinda surprised at it's platinum certification. Baby Boy and Naughty Girl were hits in an era where the album was still outselling the single format so I'm guessing a lot of people already had the album by the time those songs were released. Deja Vu underperformed (probably sold more ringtones than anything) and Listen is a talent show staple but it was a chart flop here in the states. It was also spread across a few releases so people weren't gonna buy the single, even digitally, if they already had some variation of B'Day or the Dreamgirls soundtrack.
