It’s clear you don’t follow them. This is shaping to be the 2nd biggest debut of the year behind Harry Styles

And with 1000000 writers. Seeing this album writing credits is such a pain.

Time to learn what a sample is.

This is a female popstar in her 40s, who released an album without a music video, no high profile features, and did almost zero promo. Oh, and one vinyl variant only for first week. Not sure how anyone could drag these numbers in 2022.

Speak on it. This woman is 3 decades in and STILL DOING THESE NUMBERS. I think she will get to around 350k-375k

Re-read my post sweetie, I did not include 30 in my post. My statement regarding Taylor not having any albums reaching the acclaim and success of 21 & 25 remains accurate. :gaycat5: That is peak success that Taylor hasn't/won't reach. :gaycat5:

Did your fave even reach 1989 level of success? If not then stop bringing Adele on this :hippo:

Worry bout your fave who cant even cross 500k :deadbanana4:

Beyoncé has been nothing but supportive of your fave. This is not about Taylor - we are celebrating Beyoncé’s projected #1 7th solo project that has been released in the 25th year of her career. FOH

Smaller than Taylor?

Smaller than Harry?

Her fanbase always say she is bigger than Taylor but why is this not translating to sales?

Since when have the Beyhive said that? We don't even argue with swifties.

I love Bey, is that I read some Hive who is trashing Taylor's success.

But I know this is a great number for an act from the 90s

so she’s gonna have the biggest female debut of the year? :weeps: LEGENDDDDDDD

I have no clue how that is the case, yet its her just executing different concepts of her music. Its allowed, nothing wrong with that.

Also she's letting the music speak for itself. That's how it should be. :clap3:

Nobody in the Hive with braincells thinks Bey is commercially bigger than Taylor :rip:. Everyone knows only Taylor could pull off this re-recording ish.

Right :toofunny2:

Again, you're deflecting and changing the topic to another album not originally being discussed :dies: (you first did it with 30, and now with 1989).

My original post/statement remains a fact, Taylor doesn't have an album that has reached the incredible success of 21 & 25

(also, I'm not a Beyoncé fan/stan by the way as you're claiming. I just heard the album yesterday and found it really good)

Since Billboard stopped counting bundles, sales in general have been lower. These are the top female first week sales since they stopped counting bundles:

30 - 839k
Red (TV) - 605k
Evermore - 329k
Sour - 295k
Fearless (TV) - 291k
Happier Than Ever - 238k
Positions - 174k
Still Over It - 166k

Only Taylor and Adele are doing more. The fact that 40 year old Bey is outselling Gen Z darlings and can potentially debut with higher than Olivia's monumental debut era just reaffirms Bey's status as a legend.
