wait the serum? btw how's your laser resurfacing sessions? what's it for? :duca:

This one: https://www.isdin.com/en-US/face-care/anti-aging-serum-isdinceutics-flavo-c-ultraglican-8470001769213.html

My laser sessions are mostly for acne scars, I have a few of those from my teenage years. It’s also anti-aging so that’s another benefit.

Finally, a thread where my knowledge can shine!

I keep a pretty simple routine. I use a drugstore dupe of the CeraVe cream as my primary moisturizer, wash my face using a Dove bar (it's gentle enough for your face), and use prescription tret. For daytime I use a Vitamin C + Ferulic Acid + Peptides serum, and SPF 50+. I've been really wanting to invest in some Asian beauty sunscreens for the newer UV filters. Thinking of getting this to try:

OR

Neutrogena Fragrance Free Gentle Cleanser

TO Argireline Solution

TO Niacinamide

Illyoon Cermaide Ato Moisturiser

TO Lactic Acid 2%/

TO Niacinamide

On my wishlight: Cerave Retinol, TO Vitamin C suspension

I assume you don't really go out that much and that's why you don't use sunscreen? If you don't really use sunscreen, consider purchasing one since you want to start on retinol as well as you current usage of lactic acid.

Just came back from vacationing in London and discovered this amazing brand (I think it's a British brand? idk?) called ''Fresh''

Their lip treatments are really fun and their soy face cleanser is THE BEST!

Can any of you recommend any lip products, preferably non-tinted. So far, I only really like Burt's Bees and Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask. No Blistex or Carmex please thank you.

Hello homosexuals

As I'm getting closer to my 30s, I've started changing my skincare routine. I'm using different serums: retinol at night, hyaluronic acid during the day, vitamin C every other day. And my own creations; ground coffe and honey, 100% natural clay. These two work fantastic, and I've tried everything, including brands like Avene, Vichy, etc.

Lots of sunblock, always. And I'm about to try microneedling for the first time tomorrow! I'm excited because I have some acne scars and I've seen the results on other people, and it really works. I also got my own microneedling device, but I'll go see a professional first, at least for a few months.

I recently started using a facial cleanser from a weird Japanese (?) cheap brand called Mabona, which I got as a gift... and it works! It smells great, it leaves my skin oil-free most of the day, but I'm starting to notice some dryness, which is a huge no.

Any oil-control moisturizer suggestions would be fantastic :gaycat4:

so far so good! before buying it I watched a few reviews on YouTube and they all praised it.

i’ve been using it for less than two weeks so it’s too early to see some growth, but my eyebrows definitely feel thicker. i don’t use it on my lashes though

stick to burt bees! it's really good. also, if you apply a bit of moisturizer to your lips before lip balm it does wonder. the balm actually locks the moisture in.

The Rare Beauty Honor (the clear one) is one of the best lip balms I have used. Item Beauty has incredible lip oils but they have faint color and gives you "pout" lips.

Does anyone have any tips for dealing with oily skin?

I think oily is really going to come down to cleanser. I have a very oily nose and the Rosen Super Smoothie cleanser does a great job managing it.

Loves it - it’s nice because it doubles as a gentle exfoliant that can be used everyday and doesn’t leave my face all stripped and rubbery

Honestly just rinsing my face with water in the morning really helped. I wash it every other day in the morning(+ moisturise and sunscreen) and do my full skincare routine every night
