Velvet Night Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 Day: Wash with water The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% INKEY List’s Omega Water Moisturiser Pipette Mineral Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF50 Night: The INKEY List Oat Cleansing Balm Versed Gentle Cycle Milky Cleanser Geek & Gorgeous Stress Less Geek & Gorgeous A-Game 10 Versed Recovery Mode Advanced Night Cream The standout product for me is definitely Geek & Gorgeous A-Game 10. I can’t get tretinoin because dermatologists only prescribe it for acne-treatment here and not for anti-aging. So I have to use OTC retinoids. A-Game 10 is a retinal, so it’s a step up from retinol. I didn’t experience any form of flaking, peeling or irritation when I introduced it into my skincare routine. I have been using this product for three months now and it improved my skin texture and hyperpigmentation a lot.

I actually own a innisfree pore clay mask from sephora that was like 60.) Whenever I oversleep, it’s so fast to do this especially when you have to get to work in 30 minutes and you live 10 minutes away. Kiiiii the fatty water is literally the one product I wanted to try from fenty skin. It just looks so alluring, but I'm currently using May Coop's Raw Sauce as a toner already and my face eats that **** up. yeah im pretty fast in the morning too - pretty much just pat toner on my face real quick, vitamin c serum, under eye caffeine stick and then a moisturizing sunscreen 34 minutes ago, Rachel Berry said: The skin routine thread from a while back inspired me to finally add more steps to my skin routine and I haven’t looked back since. Would like to add more to my night routine tho. Also what do you ladies recommend for using under the eyes? Cosrx snail mucin! I've struggled with dark circles my whole life and while a product isn't going to make it go away, i genuinely saw a difference in reducing how baggy they are after using it for a couple of weeks during my nighttime routine. One pump on the back of the hand, then just use your finger and dab evenly under the eyes. This worked so well for me I really don't need to look elsewhere for an eye cream, however it does leave a visible product sheen so I use a caffeine under eye stick in the daytime. This **** feels cold under the eyes and whether its just placebo or not, I really feel quickly awake after using it before work

It's definitely gentle though!

But i heard you can have bad reactions to it/can turn your face into a brillow pad. I was once fearless about putting whatever on my face (lol) but after I had my first tomato reaction to burts bees micellar water, I'm a little ***** going outside the basics. Anyways what do you suggest? Like a retinol serum? I always hear horror stories about retinol but in my experience it's pretty gentle on the skin. I've heard it can make you more susceptible to sun damage and burns so it's probably a good thing that I avoid the sun like the plague. I use a 2% solution two or three times a week and have had no issues Edited August 6, 2022 by Pop Life

Delirious Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 Also folks, imo if you don't have skin conditions and youre young, you shouldnt use tret it's so not worth it. I used it at 18 and I had to stay out of the sun forever and wear sunscreen and I was so fed up with it so I quit last year. Plus it made my skin extremely sensitive

You can build your skins tolerance to it by using the lowest strength first - then slowly using it more and more, then you go up to the next strength and repeat the process. It sounds like alot, but imo it's worth it for the benefits tret gives.

I have neither

I started using a retinol in may and it surprisingly is making a huge difference. I didn’t even start using it for the anti aging, more so the acne, but it’s done wonders fading the dark areas under my eyes, etc.. I started putting it on my hands too so I don’t end up like Madge.

I use one, but I don’t know if it’s actually doing anything. I use Rosen’s Vitamin C + mulberry serum but i think I’m going to switch it out for an all in one type serum once I’m finished with it
Taylor Sniffs Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 Retinol has done me wonders. My only issue is my under eye bags. I'm strongly considering fillers. Anyone have experience with under-eye fillers?

Bingo Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 I recently started double-cleansing at night and wow... The difference is astounding! I used to think i didn't need it since I don't have make up on but I do use sunscreen year-round and reapply every 2-3 hours especially during summer. And the way an oil-based cleanser breaks down the SPF is really nice. I use MANYO Pure Cleansing Oil then follow it up with COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser. I tried Heimish All Clean Balm as my oil cleanser but it felt too heavy. In the morning I usually water cleanse but sometimes I use COSRX Salicylic Acid Daily Gentle Cleanser. My Holy Grail K-Beauty Products: - COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence: I will repurchase for the rest of my life! - Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotics (SPF 50+ PA++++) - Benton Air Fit UV Defense Sun Cream SPF 50+/PA++++ - I'm From Rice Toner - By Wishtrend Mandelic Acid 5% Skin Prep Water I'm considering starting retinol after summer. I will probably start with The Inkey List and then work my way up. Retinol - Retinal (I heard the Wishtrend one is good) and then finally Retinoid/Tretinoin is my plan but i'm open to any advice as a Vitamin-A virgin!
