Beyoncé earns the Official Irish Chart Double following the release of her seventh studio album, RENAISSANCE.

As the album itself finishes in first place across all formats - physical, downloads and streaming - to become her latest chart-topping collection on the Official Irish Albums Chart, its lead single Break My Soul also claims Number 1 this week on the Official Irish Singles Chart, dethroning Kate Bush’s Running Up That Hill following an impressive seven weeks at Number 1. 
 

Bey’s influence on the Irish Singles Chart continues further down, as she claims the two highest new entries of the week with ALIEN SUPERSTAR (17) and CUFF IT (18).

Amazing!  Her first #1 single as a lead since "Beautiful Liar" in 2007.  The way she's commercially re-peaking globally is incredible.

shes always been a commercial force of nature. had LEMONADE and BEYONCE been given time to breathe, with Formation being the lead + DiL being given time to grow and teasers for the films, she would've bagged an EASY #1 lead for her last 2 eras. 

 

Its always been HER and HER shitty team is2g whoever is in charge of her A&R and rollout/marketing TRUST if I see them on the streets (its not a gay man bc I know a queen would NEVER let her client flop!) its hands on deck!
