yup, commercialy i believe it will be succesfull, but we'll see critically, todd philliphs is a so-so director

I reckon the entire concept will be in the  jokers head he plays out scenarios where he can’t process information therefore it translate into music where he can understand it better?

Her role has Harley is gone anyways given they are scrapping they DCEU entirely and starting fresh (after the flash unless it gets scraped which seems highly likely).

 

Margot will be fine as she will get booked by Marvel soon enough

There's really no chance this is a financial bomb. Just the goodwill off the first film and intrigue of a sequel should get this to $600M minimum. Though I think it will do much better than that anyway. 

 

The budget will also likely not be astronomical either, though I could see it being rather big for the type of film it is. Maybe $140-150M.
