the shut down/born pink album teasers have been shitty so far. like, teasers are supposed to bring the hype up 1000x but these teasers are not doing anything for me  maybe its for the better though since we all know the mv will be explosive and grand and the teasing has been so minimalistic so far

The 3 Born Pink box set are expensive (40-50$) compared to other kpop albums, at least they added the digipacks at 20-30$. They had a target exclusive version but the exclu is only stickers/poster (other kpop groups usually have special photocards) so not really interesting and it's 40$..

 

On Blackpink store, they had limited signed digipacks, 1 Box set exlcusive and 4 digipacks still no digital album option or  the 3 Box set regular versions. So for physical sales I really have no idea (it's not doing good on US amazon, not charting on Barnes&Nobles daily top100 and I read some US blinks ordered on Ktown4u/local kpop shop instead because it was less expensive). Plus I believe many fans prefer to keep their money for the concerts (EU/US concerts ticket sales are next week)

I really don't know why the box sets are $50...smh

Beyoncé's wasn't even that much and she has more than 8 songs

I feel like that'll hurt sales...YG should've released the digipacks the same day

all that's left is the digital version on release day and I'm DONE

not me spending like $200+ in total...

favorite 1m+ on gaon (800k on hanteo)

No way they get blocked on BB200. Didn't they do like 100k+ with The Album?  TWICE just did 100k and they couldn't even chart the last time BP released an album. Born Pink is not doing less than 200k.

If Yeah Yeah Yeah really is like AIIYL/LSG i hope they promote that alongside Shut Down.. since Shut Down seems to be another hip-hop track they better promote a pop song alongside it + AIIYL/LSG were both huge in Korea. Makes more sense to promote that
