Rainbow Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 The mv better not be a flop like PV was… Can they please stop doing the same **** every album why can’t we get a MV like Whistle
Burqa Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 it’s not ready for love being included on the album that bothers me, it’s that it’ll never even be on spotify ?
Mandalore Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 Sounds disappointing so far... Two years and nothing to show for it Hope they tank!
Cotton Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 They not even about to give an LSG for this era as a single. Just rehashes of the DDDD sound. Ooooh HYLT was great at the very least so I didn’t mind but chile..the album is looking to be another disappointment already I can tell.
getinthezone Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 Apparently Tommy Brown produced it? So I doubt it will sound like a Teddy Song

ItsJustMe. Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 the absolute meltdowns after BlackoutZone's posts if you don't like BP songs post-D4 then I don't know what u expect of the pinks all of the songs that came after were smashes in some way and made BP as big as they are now PV is a perfect comeback after 2 years people wanted bp, they got bp it's only the prechorus that could've been stronger imo let's wait and see what shut down and born pink will bring us
ItsJustMe. Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 (edited) "shutting down some kind of space" "shut down will make people look forward to the new story of BP" it sounds like the end of an era, wonder what it means what if teddy oppa retires after born pink or yg is just saying things again Edited September 7, 2022 by ItsJustMe.
illia Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 some of yall are so dramatic if you are unhappy just stfu at this point
joshhh Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 It’s so funny reading this thread and people taking the music so seriously. It’s not high brow, it’s just constant bops. That’s what they do. Enjoy it for what it is

I like Pink Venom, it's very BLACKPINK. The issue regarding Shut Down is related to its description and to how badly Ice Cream was received among a vast part of the fandom.
samybertoni Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 Y’all haven’t even HEARD the song go touch some grass or something or please work at YG and manage them yourself if you know what’s gonna work for them best idk
fattysel Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 Y’all are a bunch of cry babies judging something y’all haven’t even heard smh
ZENO Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 To be clear, I'll obviously listen to the song and to the album. I like BLACKPINK, I'm a BLINK since day 1, got their CDs and their lighstick. This is a music forum so of course people will express their opinions about insiders' info related to a song.
Mandalore Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 The more we meltdown, the higher the chance of being pleasantly surprised. Shut Down bad, unlistenable, Ice Cream 2.0
illia Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 one thing I'm sad about is RFL being on the album such a wasted spot let's hope the rest will be good

It's very BLACKPINK and probably the closest we got recently to the origins of the group. Deserved to be part of THE ALBUM so at least it righfully snatched a spot this time.
