Massive_Teardrop Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 I have gone snorkeling deeper off the shore multiple times of my life and haven’t felt scared but I love swimming in ocean water more than the avg person
Johnny Jacobs Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 No.. How else will I experience a mermaid sighting
Duanielipa Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 Being trapped on a sinking ship is my worst fear
KnightOfAllRealms Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 I am not scared of Mother Earth. If she wants to take me into the cradle of her ocean arms, I will readily join her, in all her magnanimity and magnificence. The sight of the vast ocean always makes me warm and humbles me when I think I, a measly creature, am part of something so majestic and beautiful ❤️
byzantium Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 Depends how big the boat is. If I am on one of those large cruise shops that are basically floating towns, I think I would be fine. I think a smaller ship would start getting spooky though.
The Last of Us Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 Being on a boat in the middle of the sea wouldn’t bother me. But being stranded in the middle of the sea would be terrifying. Especially in shark infested waters. I remember once going on a jet ski and the further I got out, the more sinister the sea looked. Just not knowing what is lurking beneath you is so creepy. I’m fascinated by the sea and sea creatures, but it can be an intimidating place. In terms of natural disasters, there’s nothing that makes my stomach turn as much as a photo or video of a tsunami.
Buddy Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 No, I've always wanted to be caught in a storm out in the open ocean. Sounds relaxing, the boat swaying back & fourth and I find storm sounds soothing. Yeah, ik, quirky
Filpo Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 Of course, it evokes both terror and awe, the romantic feeling of the sublime.

UnusualBoy Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 Yeah, I've had recurrent dreams with lots of water. I love the beach and the ocean but at same time, it terrifies me.
Аshanti Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 Now that my mental health has deteriorated to the point of no return, yes
Patient Zero Posted July 25, 2022 Posted July 25, 2022 I'm terrified of deep dark waters. I think it's the fear of the unknown. Even games with deep waters scare me. I tried to play Subnautica...
