All the Aussie icons returning to the show that pretty much gave them the chance at international careers all those years ago. Such a full-circle moment but it is really sad that Neighbours is ending. I wasn’t a huge fan myself but I remember watching it a lot with my grandmother here in Ireland growing up. Soaps tend to be a pretty big deal in the UK and Ireland and have impacted culture here for decades. The genre is dying out (at a really fast rate since streaming took over) and Neighbours will be the first of many to go. Hopefully they pulled off something special for the last episode.
