I'm just saying that it's really a testament to how influential BTD is that despite it having no hits or massive promo at the level of Gaga's first two albums, it's mathing their streams. I guess talent always wins.

 

As for cultural influence, just the other day there was an article saying how Lana started the sad girl movement. Meanwhile the influence of TFM was that people got so sick of the gimmicks and clown costumes, Adele came along and smashed on an unprecedented level by selling "real" music.
