Break My Soul is already doing better than Stupid Love on EVERY platform and that’s without an album boost or a music video, you need to face the facts that Beyonce is 40 and STILL washing Gaga. Good luck on Gaga’s next studio album not being a consecutive mega flop! Breathe a little and start streaming until the next bunch of Chromatica rejects arrive. She clearly needs it. Good luck and good night, babes. Edited July 22, 2022 by Blade Runner
bijonse Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 the way we don’t know what the songs sound like to call them chromatica rejects. when they end sounding like the deep house bey was inspired by and not the edm of chromatica >> i think that’s the sound bey is going for since that’s it’s origin. NOT chromatica

Who knows "Lady Gaga says that Madonna sent her an email praising Born this Way" "Madonna denies sending email to Lady Gaga: "That never happened" Edited July 22, 2022 by zino

Stupid Bomb becoming the standard for Beyonce lead singles is kinda funny tho. Who would've thought in early 2022 op: not OGHs resorting to digging up ancient interviews. The desperation
suneclipse121 Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 (edited) This is a disaster But how iconic that Beyoncé got The Grace Jones on a song with her. Edited July 22, 2022 by suneclipse121

No one is streaming that **** I will however be enjoying Beyoncé’s multiple week top 10 single which is hard to get, not everyone has that to their credit! Oh, but they are. Bey? OUT with her radio payola driven single. Now, bye. I got bored. Good luck.
Solaria Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 Grace is a bitter old lady who literally hates on every female artist alive. Not to mention her music is terrible and she can’t sing, Gaga can. She should be more like Madonna and embrace younger female singers

Not to mention, she has a single separate from all that currently on TTH at this very moment just like Beyoncé. I would HOPE she'd be outstreaming Beyoncé who has released zero albums this decade OUT.
bijonse Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 radio luvs beyoncé 25 years later it’s true and i CAN stand it

Jones is not the first artist to have some words for Gaga of late. “Paper Planes” singer M.I.A. recently called Gaga out on her music, saying it wasn’t as “weird” as she’d like us to believe. “She models herself on Grace Jones and Madonna, but the music sounds like 20-year-old Ibiza music, you know? She’s not progressive, but she’s a good mimic.” M.I.A., Marilyn Manson, Bjork, Rufus Wainwright, Noel Gallagher, Joanna Newsom All those artists said the same thing about her: Her music was basic, boring, recycled and predictable, it never matched the quality of her idols like Grace, Madonna, Bowie, or her visuals (thanks to the OG Haus of Gaga) or her pretentious attitude and interviews talking about her soo ""deep" concepts But still, her stans somehow fully believe that she's some type of musical genius, above everyone else, from her peers to the legends themselves
JoeAg Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 (edited) so first of all, all three of these women are certainly talents second of all, i personally think Grace’s thoughts on Gaga were uncalled for and frankly could’ve been kept to herself or just exchanged interpersonally instead of being aired to the whole planet. sure Gaga is explicitly inspired by Grace in certain ways, but imagine how f*cking disheartening that would feel to have someone say that to you while you’re still very young and in the process of developing your artistic identity. idk, it rubbed me the wrong way when i first read about it that being said, Grace is still an icon and i’d never deny that! and third of all, jesus. why do you guys feel the need to put down one person to uplift another? talk about insanely immature lol… Edited July 22, 2022 by JoeAg
Wondy Lust Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 I remember that article, I do wonder if Grace's opinion has changed given all the years that have passed since.

bijonse Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 gaga is very talented ngl. but she’s kind of like if bey was an art kid that focused on their wackiness and pretense about their art instead of their talent and tried to do every part of her artistic process by herself with no help instead of just like focusing on her talent. grace could smell the mess of it a mile away i think

bijonse Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 (edited) AGAIN no shade to gaga. but i feel like the monsters been super pressed to use the “gaga gave beyonce some scraps” thing ever since beyoncé literally gave gaga scraps with a star is born and coachella. like especially coachella since beyoncé totally and utterly upstaged her the next year. so all these threads keep getting made (by everyone not just the hive) to like lash them and bring them back to reality Edited July 22, 2022 by bijonse
