The article literally points out issues of how it is easily used for nefarious purposes like abusive men tricking women into getting pregnant so that the divorce has to be postponed until she gives birth.

I’m not speaking about the abuse of the law. Most  laws can be abused. The law itself by lawmakers had no nefarious intent. Relax.
