This is looking like one of the best live adaptations so far! People are getting too wound up with Ariel’s skin color. She’s perfect for the role!

the only thing that annoys me is that they are reworking the songs... like gosh just stop projecting... nothing in The Little Mermaid screams rape or non consent...

They changed a few words in Aladdin and Lion King but nobody cared about that. Now with TLM they want to care! Like... :biblionny:

 

Anyway, Alan Menken the original composer of the songs who made the necessary lyrics changes.
