The out of water scenes look so cheap. The in water scenes look more aquaman than avatar. The animals look dumb. I'll still watch it but their is so much dissapointment already with this. The director is annoying. I'm ready for it to be released so it can be forgotten already

One of my biggest issues with live action remakes in general

 

Some characters translate well to live action (the tiger, wolves, etc. in Jungle Book) but the others are just ugly (Pumba, the inanimate objects in BATB, etc.)

This is why some animated movies should remain... Animated. Some concepts don't work being realistic, the LK is the best example.

 

Live action adaptations are just a way for Disney to get easy millenial money. 

 

Even thought some adaptations were interesting (Maleficent, Cinderella...) Most of those movies are doomed to fall in oblivion.

 

I prefer to wait before criticizing LM cause i have been footing for Halle since day 1.... But i totally expect the movie to feel "forced".
