the lighting isnt bright so the hair blends well with it. As it also blends well with her skin too. She looks fine 

 

the movie will do great because the Black crowd is gonna eat it up while the racists can remain pressed

it looks great, the mermaid, the fish and other creatures look real. my only problem is the mermaid's movement while swimming, looks like 3D animation.

The teaser is underwhelming. Halle does not look that great in the role of Ariel. I think Zendaya shouldn't have turned it out; although, her singing pales in comparison to Halle's. Something is missing with the her appearance. Hopefully that something is corrected when the full trailer is released.

The ATROCITY that was TLK should've taught them this, at least its critical reception. As talented as she may be, she won't be able to weather the collective effect of photorealistic fish and lobsters () vaguely moving around her as if talking + the accuracy of what colour ranges can penetrate deep waters.  Mama no one cares that under the sea red is almost completely muted, GIVE her her iconic cartoon hair.
