monologueNacafe Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 I literally didn’t want the episode to end
UnanimousBB16 Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 (edited) It was interesting to see how everyone changed within the last decade, and how the tone of the show changed, with all of the political stuff ending from the 50s. A lot off yearning for Tim and Hawk, but I guess they'll go at it next week. A larger conversation needs to be had about women who end up becoming unknowing beards. You definitely see Lucy's desperation and sadness. Marcus and Frankie didn't have much this week. Edited December 2, 2023 by UnanimousBB16 1
Leptine Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 Watched 4th and 5th episodes finally, the show keeps being excellent, one of the best tv show of the year and one of the best ever when it comes to gay theme and stories.

Taylor fanboy Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 What in the Fathers Day special was that episode about? We've entered melodrama. 2
raven Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 this story is so deeply sad but beautifully told 1
Leptine Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 Matt Bomer truly deserves the Emmy for this, he has been really convincing in playing a kind of unlikable gay character totally different from his usual past roles.

pxxxtrick Posted December 5, 2023 Posted December 5, 2023 It’s crazy how quickly they were able to shift the tone starting with episode 6. I’m continuing to feel bad for literally every character.

monologueNacafe Posted December 6, 2023 Posted December 6, 2023 Is Matt actually considered the lead or was that just done for awards purposes?

They would cancel one another out if they were both nominated for "lead actor". I think they went with him because Hawk's story is a bit more focused on, and Matt's a producer, but they're both the leads. The same thing happened for Beyonce and Jennifer Hudson in "Dreamgirls". 1
Hector Posted December 8, 2023 Author Posted December 8, 2023 This week's episode was incredible. The amount of full frontal nudity: Each episode has been a serve but I knew this episode would be my favorite ever since I saw the trailers.

Johnny Jacobs Posted December 8, 2023 Posted December 8, 2023 They should've gave each decade a season
