KLatz Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 I've never wanted to give out a 1 more than I want to give one to that annoying Robbie Williams song and I hardly ever rate anything lower than a 5...

He's like Marmite for Americans! No wonder he didn't take off here...
ATRL Moderator madonnas Posted August 2, 2022 ATRL Moderator Posted August 2, 2022 2016-2019 were dire years for mainstream pop music.

andresg770 Posted August 4, 2022 Posted August 4, 2022 The way I was gonna take my time to carefully determine my 10+s today, but I legit only have 4 10s in this whole thing (and half of them are for Charli!). Do I need to grade these on a curve??
Reverie Posted August 4, 2022 Posted August 4, 2022 Wow remember when we all liked The 1975? And when "Tropical House" was an inescapable genre H&M couldn't get enough

I think 2015 and 2016 really drag this bunch down. 2013 - the year of Disclosure. "Latch" and my personal favorite "You & Me" should have kicked Robbie and Olly off!
ATRL Moderator madonnas Posted August 6, 2022 ATRL Moderator Posted August 6, 2022 Olly Murs is a musical terrorist.

If any song from that year could go, it was the one by 1D. Their McFly/proto-5SOS tracks were just bleh. (The fact that "Sin Sin Sin" and "She's Madonna" were never nominated, though )
MP2K Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 Just Say had a strong hold on me the night I rated it. I won't go back on it whether I overrated it or not. Just wanna point it out. I don't remember it when it came out but I living a bit.
