Sour is bigger but FN is better

Biggest: It's a toss between Sour and FN (9 million units). I think PH is barely at 4 million units WW?

Better: FN

FN is the biggest WW which is what matters at the end

Sour is biggest in the anglosphere

Planet Her is the biggest on TikTok

Planet Her > Future Nostalgia >> Sour

Honestly if Future Nostalgia didn't have Good in Bed or Boys Will Be Boys at the end as the closing songs it'd be a 10 for me. Those two songs completely derail the album for me.

Objectively speaking SOUR is the biggest album and Future Nostalgia the best

Better: Future Nostalgia without a doubt. I still like SOUR though but the album was very derivative and I'll wait for OR2 to see if she could do better. Planet Her has several bops too.

Bigger: Future Nostalgia is still bigger than SOUR globally so far. The latter is bigger in the US though and will most likely pass it. But both are huge.

???

Levitating and DL with G4U were all released in the same year and Levitating alone triumphed over them in success. Plus, Levitating's massive success is just a fraction of the hit era that FN is. 3 hit singles (I would argue Physical as a hit as well but it is more of Europe-centric hit), more critical acclaim, FN singles had much greater level of longevity and consistency than Sour's,  and as an era, has had much more longevity than the Sour era.

Sour is way way way way way way bigger as an album. Sour has like what only 4 singles?

She literally has albums tracks that pulled 500m+ streams on Spotify alone.

FN has like 12 singles and none of them took off organically like Sour & PH hits so its numbers are not as impressive tbh. Also her album tracks were no where near as successful as Sour and Planet Hers.

Bigger: Sour>FN>PH

Better: Sour>FN>PH

levitating is just ONE song, sour has album tracks bigger than some singles off FN lol

sour is on track to outstream on spotify and stomped in pure sales because it was an organic album and not a fraudulent playlist

Okay then. We shall see if it has triumphed over any of the achievements of the FN era in 2 years then :)
