discussion Supreme Court to Hand Control of Elections Over to Republicans

The Supreme Court is planning to take up a case next year that “vests all control of elections in the hands of only the state legislature, letting them throw out the decisions of state courts, redistricting commissions, Secretaries of State, and even state constitutions.”

This would favor the Republicans since they control 30 state legislatures.

Uhhhh this is completely wrong. Steve Scalise was shot at a Congressional baseball game just about half a decade ago. Someone also made an attempt on Justice Kavanaugh’s life over a month ago as well. It doesn’t happen often because politicians have top notch security, and for good reason.

 

Anyway, Democrats won’t be storming anything. Most are complacent enough that they’ll just rollover maybe go do a uterus hat march and pretend that they’re doing something meaningful.
